The Hawthorne: A brief history

When purchased in 2012 The Hawthorne caravan and campsite was an an ill fated pub named The Hawthorne Inn. The dream was to turn the pub and grounds into what is now "The Hawthorne caravan and campsite" incorporating rooms to let. They have achieved this with hard work and determination. "The Hawthorne" is an actual work in progress, as from the minute Steve & Nicky get up, eat breakfast and shower, they are off out in the grounds doing something new, as well has their daily chores, they enjoy having have a chat and a joke with their guests and to help them in whatever way they can.
