Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at The Hawthorne as we are set in The Lows Nature Reserve and the foot of The Penines
We have all the facilities you will need for a comforable stay including Mens and Ladies toilet blocks with showers, there is also a wash room for your pots and pans as well as a laundry room with washers and dryers.
All pitches are available with electricity at extra costs using a top up card system, should you require it, wifi is available over 80% of the campsite.

Why not visit Harshead Pike?, Around a 4 mile walk from The Hawthorne, you can be ovelooking the whole af Manchester. Saddleworth and beyond. Hartshead PIke was rebuilt in 1863 by John Eaton to commemorate the marriage of Albert Edward to Princess Alexandra, replacing a building that had been there since 1751.
